How to get there, when to visit

in the Lichen museum
The museum is located in the Lichen Basilica, the largest temple in Poland.
The museum rooms are located on the northeast side and occupy 1,000 m² on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the building.
They are divided thematically: the second floor of the museum - is the part that presents the history of Poland from the Noble Republic to the "Solidarity", the second floor - is graphics, drawing, painting, sculptures, manuscripts and prints.
The entrance to the museum is from the apse of the basilica, and it is also possible to enter by a staircase from the side aisle -
to the right of the altar is an image of Our Lady of Licheń.
The museum's opening hours are
in Lichen
During the summer season (May-September), the museum is open Tuesday through Sunday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Outside of the summer season, tours of the museum are available Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., by appointment only by contacting us by email, phone or via our social media.

Wstęp do muzeum jest bezpłatny, opłata za przewodnika, lekcje i warsztaty jest w całości przeznaczona na utrzymanie muzeum i konserwację muzealiów.
Przewodnik – 280 zł od grupy bez względu na liczbę osób (jednak grupa nie może być większa niż 50 osób)
Museum lessonsand workshops cost PLN 7 per student. Regardless of the subject of the lesson, the group cannot exceed 25 people.
On the second and third floors there are piggy banks into which offerings can be made for the upkeep of the museum
